Goodbye (I think)

"Any blog thoughts?" my spouse asked me while we were out walking on a bizarrely warm January evening.

"Nope."

And that seems to be it. I'm not sure when I thought this blog would end. Maybe after 100 posts. Maybe when I died.  Maybe when I had a grandchild. None of those has happened, yet here I am, nonetheless, with not a word to say.

One thing that I'm proud of is that I never shared a post when I had nothing to say. I certainly don't plan on changing that rule now.

I wish you all some light in the dark times, and pure jubilation in the light times.

Love,

Gina

  2. Wow, Gina. You are decisive. You have enriched my life with your writing and your presence. This blog is real. Maybe you'll surprise us with a prequel. Or a post-script. Or maybe not. Thank you.

  5. I personally am going to keep checking. Your posts deserve re-reads anyway. And I (like so many others, apparently) like to feel the presence of the community of people who love you and are thinking about you frequently. Lots of love, Gina.

  7. Gina, I will join Ezra by checking in on your blog every so often. It's hard to say good-bye, and I admire you for your courage. Your courage to say all you have said here until now, and for your courage to not say anything at all. Know that you are being thought of, loved, appreciated, and missed.

  8. You should do what you feel called to do, Gina. Everyone should, but especially someone who has given so much and who deserves to decide how she wants to spend her time. But, Gina, how do those of us who have loved your words get to let you know we are still thinking of you? Should we keep writing new comments on old posts? Whatever you decide, know that you are deeply, deeply appreciated.
